  • If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we'll contact you to explain the error and offer an appropriate resolution. If we cancel the order, we'll refund any amount paid.

3. Order Fulfillment

Superbay is based in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our logistics partner in China.

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and any order-specific information displayed before purchase.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we'll provide notice and cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

4. Orders & Payment

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Payments are processed through our payment providers.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, unauthorized payment, product unavailability, or a material listing error is reasonably suspected. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we'll issue an appropriate refund.

We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images. Colors and finishes may differ slightly depending on your screen or device. Natural materials, such as wood, ceramic, or stone, may show minor variation between pieces.

These variations do not excuse delivery of a materially different, defective, or misdescribed product.

For hardwired lighting or electrical installation, use a qualified professional and follow applicable codes and product instructions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains our 30-day return process, refund timing, and handling of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
